Shop management software
From the counter to the till without typing anything twice
The car comes in, the tech logs what they did, the invoice writes itself, and the customer pays from their phone. One system, from the door to the bank.

The problem
The same job lives in five different places
Nothing is broken enough to fix on any given day. So it stays broken every day.
- 01
Tickets on paper
Handwritten in the bay, smudged with grease, and never entered anywhere else.
- 02
A whiteboard only one person can read
The status of every car in the shop lives in the head of whoever wrote it.
- 03
No vehicle history
"What did we do to this car last spring?" Nobody can answer without digging through a filing cabinet.
- 04
Parts nobody counted
Money sitting in a drawer, ordered twice, or missing exactly when the car is on the lift.
- 05
Invoices typed twice
Rebuilt from scratch in a spreadsheet, sent late, then chased down over the phone.
The solution
One record, from drop-off to paid
A vehicle arrives and gets a record. Everything that happens next attaches to it — the complaint, the diagnosis, the labor, the parts, the invoice, the payment. When that customer comes back in eighteen months, the whole history is already there.
Written once
The order becomes the invoice. No retyping, no transcription errors, no second system.
Visible to everyone
Front desk and technicians see the same board and the same status, in real time.
Kept forever
Every repair stays attached to the VIN, not to somebody's memory.
A day in the shop
One record, from the counter to the till
01
The car arrives
A customer at the counter. You type their name, the plate and what’s wrong. Thirty seconds.
02
The work gets done
The tech writes what they did and attaches the photo or the part receipt. Every line is signed by whoever did it.
03
You get paid
The invoice comes straight out of those lines. Share it on WhatsApp or print it — and paying closes the order.

One system
What you get on day one
The invoice writes itself
What the tech logs on the order is the invoice. State tax applied, totals calculated, and a link ready to send on WhatsApp.
The shelf, on screen
What you have, where it is, when it runs out. Use a part on a job and stock drops on its own — with who pulled it and for which car.
Your site, with booking
A page built for your business where customers request appointments. The request lands on your screen and becomes a work order in one click.
Get paid, and know how the month is going
Your customer scans a QR and pays by card. The money lands straight in your bank account — payments are processed with Stripe and Fixora never holds them. Paying closes the order on its own.

Features
Everything the shop runs on
Not a suite of modules you will never open. Six things you touch every day.
Customers & vehicles
VIN, plate, make, model, mileage. One customer, every car they own, full service history.
Work orders
A live board from intake to pickup. Assign a bay, assign a technician, move the card.
Diagnostics
Record findings, photos and recommendations against the vehicle — approved work and declined work both.
Parts inventory
Stock levels, cost and markup. Pull a part into a job and the count drops automatically.
Invoicing
Labor and parts come straight off the work order. Taxes applied, totals calculated, done.
Automatic email
The invoice lands in the customer's inbox the moment the job closes. No printer, no follow-up call.
How it works
Four steps. That's the whole workflow.
01
Check in the vehicle
Scan or type the VIN. If the car has been here before, its history opens with it.
02
Diagnose and quote
Log what you found, add labor and parts, send the estimate for approval.
03
Do the work
The board moves with the car. Everyone in the shop knows what's next without asking.
04
Invoice and send
Close the order and the invoice is already built. One click and it's in their inbox.
Inside the product
Designed to be used with dirty hands and no training
Dense where it needs to be, quiet everywhere else. Readable on the shop tablet under fluorescent light.

Why shops switch
What actually changes on Monday
Less time at the keyboard
The order becomes the invoice. The hour a week spent retyping jobs into a spreadsheet disappears.
Nothing lost between bays
No car sits finished for three hours because nobody told the front desk it was done.
History that sells the next job
"You declined the rear pads in March, they're at 3mm now." That conversation writes its own estimate.
Money you can see
What's open, what's ready, what's been invoiced, what's still unpaid — on one screen.

Questions
Before you sign up
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. You enter a card on Stripe's secure page to begin the 15-day trial, and nothing is charged until day 16. Cancel before then and you pay nothing — no phone call, no email, one click in your billing settings.
Does Fixora process my customers' payments?
Only if you want it to. Keep taking cash, card terminal or check and Fixora just records that the invoice was paid. Or switch card payments on: the invoice gets a QR code your customer scans with their own phone, and the money goes straight to your own bank account — never through ours.
Can my technicians have their own accounts?
On Pro, yes. Five roles come pre-built — admin, service advisor, technician, paint & body, and parts — each with its own limits. A technician sees the jobs assigned to them and no prices at all; the parts room sees costs but no customers. Starter is a single Admin user.
Is my shop's data separate from other shops?
Completely. Every record is bound to your shop and isolated at the database level, not just hidden in the interface. No other shop can read your data.
Does it work on a tablet in the bay?
Yes. Fixora is built for desktop, tablet and phone as three different experiences, not one layout squeezed down.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes, English and Spanish, switchable at any time. Each person on your team can use the language they prefer.
